Thomas Stackhouse was born in 1910. He married Alice Leaver in December 1938 in Burnley, Lancashire. He died on 21 October 1944 at the age of 34.
Corporal Thomas Stackhouse was first buried in a field grave at Cederlaan in Essen-Nieuwmoer (Belgium) and then reburied in Geel War Cemetery.
